Are you ready? Make 2015 Your Year! #Focus2015Live

I don’t know about you, but I am ready for 2015!  Last night I decided on my #2015Word and posted it on twitter @BizProJames  The word that will describe what I bring to the new year is “Intensity.”  Let me challenge you to think of a word that will describe your year or your attitude during 2015 and post it in the comments below or better yet, post it on twitter and tag me so I can see it.

The reason I have chosen this word is that 2015 brings many new opportunities to our team. For the moment, I believe we have the best program for independent sales reps selling merchant services, web design and payroll processing, but our competitors will not sit still while we move to the front of the pack.  This is a year of intensity for me because I want to make the most of these opportunities and move one step closer to our goal of becoming the best company in the world at recruiting, training and partnering with independent sales representatives.
