In today’s training I want to talk about closing techniques.  One of the biggest mistakes I notice when working with sales partners is that they don’t ask for the business.  What I mean by that is the partner will give a 2 – 3 minute long, drawn-out pitch without once trying to accomplish the reason he or she is there which is “get the business!”  I’m not just talking about getting an application signed.  I’ve heard some agents that sound as if they’re scared to even ask for the business owner or to  ask a merchant for the processing statement.  In the first video below I am going to talk about being a professional.  When you choose to become a professional, you will no longer be afraid to “ask for the business.”
