We all want our lives to be better; we want our income to increase; we want a life that is more fulfilling. Yet, somehow, we often think things will magically change for the better. One definition I have heard often for insanity is doing the same thing over and over but expecting a different result. If this is true, then I suspect many of us are often guilty of living lives that simply don’t make any logical sense.

Having spent the bulk of the last four years of my life on the phone and in the field with merchant services sales people, I believe my team and I are in a unique position to help you leverage a merchant services business to improve your life and grow your income. And that is exactly what I plan to do!
My new year’s resolution is to become significantly more involved in the success of our sales partners. Our company’s mission statement is, “Enabling Committed, Independent Sales Partners for Success.” While we have been striving to achieve this objective for years now by giving away free training, creating the best re-seller programs in the industry, and using cutting edge technology, I have learned over the last year that sales partners need more than elaborate online training and technology. I have learned that no matter how much money we pay out per sale, a sale must benefit from our payouts. No matter how valuable a merchant portfolio has become with our residual payout, I have to help the sales partner actually build the portfolio in the first place.

Therefore, what am I doing to help you prepare for 2016? I have put together a special program called #2016Workshop about which I am very excited. I am rolling out this program on Monday night, November 2nd, at 7 p.m. EST, but here are a few highlights:
- Special two-day planning session the first week of December. This will include twelve hours of training on everything from goal setting, budgeting, merchant services specifics, expected changes in EMV and Mobile Payments, and more! My goal is to make sure you hit the ground running in 2016 by completing a comprehensive planning program. The program also includes four hours of small group collaboration all done online from the comfort of your home or office.
- In-person live workshop in a city near you. I am going to be visiting Dallas, Orlando, LA, New York, Chicago, Denver, and am looking to add one more stop for either Washington DC or Pittsburgh. I will be conducting two day, in-person workshops at each of these locations to follow up and ensure that you are accomplishing the goals you had set out.
- Twenty page work book with follow-up training materials for you to complete throughout the year. I am in the process of updating the twenty day jump start program. This will guide you through the month of January to help you get off to a fast start in the new year!

Due to the amount of involvement I have in mind for this program, it will be limited to a certain number of sales professionals with certain criteria for participation.
