In today’s podcast episode I describe one of the most common mistakes I see in the sales process.  Sales people seem to believe that closing the sale is to be avoided at all costs until the very end and then they spit it out so fast and so aggressively that it surprises and scares away their prospect.  Today, I describe the two keys to closing effectively in a short 6-minute episode.  Learn how to close incrementally or “step by step” and also learn how to present multiple options to the prospect in order to engage their mind in deciding what they want rather than if they want to move forward.
